ABOUT THE SERVICE

We have a 9 meter long Naiad with twin 300HP engines, that is licensed for 16 passengers. This means plenty of room to bring you're whole family, friends and make a day of it! Meet at Apex Park in Narooma and cruise out through Narooma bar making your way to Montague Island. The trip takes roughly 15 minutes depending on weather conditions. Along the way you are likely to spot breaching whales (September-November), pods of dolphins and flocks of migrating birds. We will happily stop on the way so you can soak in the beautiful wildlife encounters that happen everyday with us.

Upon arrival at Montague Island, you will anchor up in one of the sheltered bays and be briefed on the days activities. Whether you opted in for a snorkel or a scuba dive, you’ll jump in and experience the diverse and spectacular marine environment that the Island has to offer. Afterwards, enjoy a warm cup of tea, a light snack and talk about the awesome experience you just had!

WHY CHOOSE US?

We care about our ocean. We are the only charter operating in Narooma that is both single use plastic free and we don’t offer any kind of fishing activity. This is really important to us and hopefully you too! The only thing we take is pictures, and only leave bubbles of our beautiful marine ecosystem. We take pride in being a small, flexible dive school run by dive professionals with a real passion for what we do. We even dive on our days off!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect a safe and enjoyable experience! For the best diving of the day, our knowledgeable skippers and crew examine wind speed, direction, tides and swell and will decide the best sites to visit.

Our tours are dependent on the ocean conditions, which means occasionally charters can be delayed or on a rare occasion, cancelled due to poor weather conditions.

You can expect friendly and helpful service from Francios, Clover and the team, who are more than willing to help you out with gear, equipment and any questions that you may have regarding the days activities.

WHAT TO BRING

If you have your own snorkel and dive equipment, do bring those along, otherwise we have gear to hire on the day which includes wetsuits, fins, snorkel, masks, regulators, BCDs, weights, and cylinders.

Bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen and have warm clothes for when you get back. Are you prone to sea sickness? If so, please seek advice from your local pharmacist prior to the day.
